Make a claim

If your pet needs treatment, we're here to help.

To make things quicker and easier, it's helpful to have the following information ready before you begin:

  • Your personal details and policy number - you'll find this in your welcome document.
  • Details about your pet's condition and treatment - including dates, symptoms and any vet visits or invoices.

We know how stressful it can be when your pet is unwell, so we've made the claims process as simple as possible.

Cancel your policy

We're here to help. If you need to cancel your policy, you can contact us via Live Chat, email or give us a call using the details in the “Contact us” section.

To make things quicker, please have the following details ready:

  • Your personal details.
  • Your policy number - you can get your policy number from your welcome document.

Add or Update Your Policy

Whether you've welcomed a new pet into the family or your pet's medical history has changed, we're here to make updating your policy simple.

You can contact us by Live Chat to make changes such as:

  • Updating your personal details, such as your address or contact number.
  • Letting us know if your circumstances have changed, like a new pet or a change in ownership.
  • Adding another pet to your policy (up to 6 pets per policy).
  • Changing your pet's details, such as breed or age if there was an error.

Renew your policy

We'll send you a renewal letter around three weeks before your current policy ends.

Please take a moment to review the documents carefully and before renewing, check that:

  • Your cover suits your pet's needs for the year ahead - including any changes in health, lifestyle or travel plans.
  • Your personal details are up to date, along with information for any other pets.
